Return Policy
We stand behind every product that sell with a full 30 day return policy. If the pillow or handbag just doesn't match your style, or the color just isn't right, that's ok, just return your unused product and we will process a refund minus the shipping fees.   Please include the original invoice with your return so we can expedite the process.   If you have any questions regarding our return policy please contact us.  Please allow 7-10 days for us to complete the refund and the bank to credit your account.

Wholesale & Boutiques
We love to work with small boutiques and retail shops.  Please contact us at jo@moddiva.com and tell me a little about you and your business.  Also include a list of the products and quantities you're intested in and we can work from there.  For obvious reasons we cannot provide "freebies" or "samples" at no charge so please don't ask.  Please keep in mind that all of our products are handmade with love and attention to detail.  We also try to keep our prices very low for our customers which means that there isn't much room for discounts, but please contact us any way and we can see if there is an opportunity.

Shipping
We always try to ship all products with 24-48 hours of you placing your order.  We ship our products using USPS Priority Mail so orders within the United States are received within 3-5 business days.  International orders are welcomed and also shipped by USPS.  Please keep in mind that your order will be shipped out of the country and it can take 1-3 weeks for you to receive your order depending on what part of the world you're located. 

Gifts
We hear all the time from our customers how delighted their friends and family members are when they receive our products as gifts.  We love it when we can bring joy and happiness to others.  If your order is going to be a gift, please let us know in the checkout notes, or send us an email after your purchase and let us know if you would like us to include a special note, or make sure the invoice is not included.:)
