How do I care for my purse / handbag?
All of our products are made with high quality cotton or cotton sateen fabrics that are machine washable.  I recommend washing our products in cold water and use the dryer for 5-7 minutes.  Lastly, touch up with an iron if needed.

Can I send my purchase as a gift?
Of course!  Many of our customers send our handbags / purses as gifts.  Just let us know by sending an email to jo@moddiva.com that your purchase is a gift and we will not include the invoice.  Also, let us know if you want to include a special message in the box and we can accomodate.

Keep in mind that if you're sending your purchase as a gift and you need it there by a specific date that you need to order in advance so there is enough time for delivery. 

I'm getting Married soon and want to give your handbags as bridemaids gifts.
Lot's of our customers ask us if we can make several handbags or clutches for their bridemaids.  We love doing this and bringing extra joy to you and your friends on your special day.  Contact me via email or phone and we can discuss your needs, colors, and ideas and come up with the best products for you and your friends.

Can I return my purchase for a refund?
No problem.  We want everyone of our customers to be completly satisified with their purchase.  If the color or style just isn't to your taste, just send it back to us within 30 days or your purchased in new condition for a full refund minus the shipping fees.  Please email me for the return address.

I have a small boutique.  Can I carry your product line?
We love to work with boutiques and speciality shops.  Please send me an email with your contact informaiton and some information about your retail store.  Keep in mind that our products are already priced very low considering the quality and effort required to make each one.  However, we can always work with you, but please don't ask about consigment.
