Can I send my purchase as a gift?
Of course! Many of our customers send our handbags / purses as gifts. Just let us know by sending an email to jo@moddiva.com that your purchase is a gift and we will not include the invoice. Also, let us know if you want to include a special message in the box and we can accomodate.
Keep in mind that if you're sending your purchase as a gift and you need it there by a specific date that you need to order in advance so there is enough time for delivery.
I'm getting Married soon and want to give your handbags as bridemaids gifts.
Lot's of our customers ask us if we can make several handbags or clutches for their bridemaids. We love doing this and bringing extra joy to you and your friends on your special day. Can I return my purchase for a refund?
ModDiva stands behind every product we sell and if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please return the unused product within 30 days of receipt and we will offer you a full refund (excluding shipping) Please allow 7-10 business days from the date w receive the item for the credit to post to your payment account.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURN POLICY: Custom orders are Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable. Items on Clearance are exchangeable ONLY. No refunds given on Clearance priced merchandise. If any product has been used, washed or damaged in any way, no refunds or exchanges will be permitted.
I have a small boutique. Can I carry your product line?
We love to work with boutiques and speciality shops. Please send me an email with your contact informaiton and some information about your retail store. Keep in mind that our products are already priced very low considering the quality and effort required to make each one.
